    For your own security and the security of our drivers, the only contact for services can pe applied for through our booking.

  • What do you do with items that are left in your vehicles?

    Any items left over in our vehicles are submitted at our head office. We then try to locate their owners,if that is not possible we keep them in the lost and found box for three months,after which we dispose them off.During those three monhs, the owners can clainm their items from the head office.

  • Is there a fee for obtaining items of value?

    No fee is required for retrieving lost items upon proof of ownership, however items of value like jewelery, gold, cash etc are subjected to a nominal fee for safekeeping, owners are advised to claim as soon as possible. The company won't be responsible for valuable items after three months have passed since the item was found in our taxi.

    Please call ahead on our booking number and then visit our head office with some sort of proof of ownership. After thorough checking and upon verification the items will be handed over to the owner.

    Install our app from the store depending on the operating system of your mobile. Specify a credit/debit card within the app to be used for charging your trips. You can then tap book now and provide relevant details to strat using our service.

    Depending on your mobile's operating system, open your relevant marketplace. Search for Xeros taxi app, tap the install button and it will be installed automatically. You can launch it then from the app drawer.
